In early 2009, the bedbugregistry.com website received a report of bed bugs at 2010 Barclay Street:

Terrible landlords, did not want to fix the problem. Found out I was getting bites, they told me it was not their problem. Which is also an answer I got from them on some other issues. I promptly moved out.

Bedbugs on the ground floor. Neighbour says he had them as well. Seem to be moving from suite to suite.

This should concern all of us in the building. The suite infested should be sprayed as should the suites above and below (if there is one), and adjacent to each side. It sounds like only the infested suite was sprayed originally and now they're just spreading through the building.
