2010 Barclay is currently up for sale at Macdonald Commercial Real Estate, where the $8,500,000 listing entices potential buyers with the phrase "Significant upside on rents" - leaving some tenants wary about their future in the building under a new owner in the current West End rental climate.
The online property listing also makes public a detailed breakdown of square footage, rent and parking fees for each suite as of August 2008 (click to enlarge):

Bedbugs at 2010 Barclay?
In early 2009, the bedbugregistry.com website received a report of bed bugs at 2010 Barclay Street:

Terrible landlords, did not want to fix the problem. Found out I was getting bites, they told me it was not their problem. Which is also an answer I got from them on some other issues. I promptly moved out.

Binner Noise Reduced, Thankfully
Conn Lodge residents with inside-facing frontage are delighted with the removal of half the recycle bins in the parking alley, reducing the disturbing bang and clang of local binners by a theoretical 50%.
Kudos go out to Touchstone Property Management for apparently making this happen.
